Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Cake House Trichy, we take pride in delivering freshly baked cakes and desserts made to order. Since all our
products are perishable and handcrafted, we have a strict policy regarding cancellations and refunds as outlined
below.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders for standard cakes can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup
time.
- Custom or themed cake orders cannot be canceled once confirmed, as they require
pre-preparation and materials.
- Cancellations must be requested via phone or email only. WhatsApp cancellations are not accepted unless
acknowledged by our team.
2. Refund Eligibility
- If your cancellation request is approved within the timeframe, a full refund will be issued to your original
payment method.
- No refunds will be provided for:
- Late cancellations
- Unclaimed pickup orders
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
3. Damaged or Wrong Orders
- We take utmost care in packaging and delivery. However, if your cake is received in damaged condition or is
incorrect, please contact us immediately.
- Photos of the damaged product must be shared within 1 hour of delivery to qualify for a
refund or replacement.
- Replacement is subject to product availability and time constraints.
4. Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment
method.
- If paid via UPI or cash on delivery, store credit may be offered at our discretion.
